Jabra Sound+ Description

The Jabra Sound+ app is the perfect companion for your Jabra headphones – adding extra features and enabling you to personalize the way you use your Jabra headphones. Jabra Sound+ currently supports Jabra Elite 65t, Elite Active 65t, Elite 45e and Elite 65e. An app experience that’s made for you Today we use our headphones more than ever, and in very different environments – at work, on the train, working out, walking, driving, and more. To perform optimally, your headset may need different settings activated for each of these situations. For this purpose, we created “Moments” – predefined configurations to suit different moments of your day. All the Moments are customisable to cover your unique preferences, and with future updates, the app will continue to evolve and constantly deliver new features that will enhance your experience. Choose your favourite voice assistant – Siri or Amazon Alexa* With a single touch instantly access your phone’s voice assistant, directly from your headphones. Personalize your music Customize your sound with the music equalizer. Choose a predefined setting or fine-tune your audio using the 5-band equalizer. ANC for blocking ambient noise With ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) you can reduce the amount of disruptive noise you hear from your surroundings. It’s perfect for when you want to block out the world around you.** Hear the world around you Adjust how much of the outside world you’d like to hear when using your headphones. Our HearThrough feature is perfect for when you’d like to be more aware of what’s happening around you. Soundscapes – sounds with a purpose Choose different Soundscapes to help you relax, focus, mask outside noise, and more. Superior call experience Modify your call settings to suit your preferences. Use Sidetone to adjust how much of your own voice you want to experience on a call. Use the Call equalizer to tweak what you hear from the other caller. Battery status Track your headphone’s battery status with a simple, visual indicator in the app. Wireless updates Always keep your headphones updated with the wireless update feature – no need to plug your headphones into your computer. Activity tracking Track your activity progress (only available for the Jabra Elite Active 65t). 2-year warranty Register your headphones using the Jabra Sound+ app to activate your 2-year warranty against damage from water and dust. App languages supported English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional). * Amazon registration required (currently available for Elite 65t and Elite Active 65t). ** Certain features, such as ANC and HearThrough are headphone dependent.

  • Announcing Contacts ID Stopped

    By GZNupe
System was announcing my contacts ID, but started announcing contacts as unknown caller after latest update. Please provide a fix so I don’t have to look at my phone to see who’s calling me.
  • Great update

Love the new update with more EQ customizations and Alexa capabilities. Only thing I’m questioning is the iOS battery life shown. Currently been using for over hour 1/2 and still shows 100%? If that was fixed would give 5 stars
  • Good improvement. Save custom EQ as preset request

    By PhilGPhoto
Some good improvements to an app that already works well. EQ presets are welcome addition. However, selecting a preset wipes away my custom EQ settings with no easy way to return to them quickly without manually configuring the whole EQ over again band by band. Enhancement request: add ability to save Custom EQ settings as presets. I find I need to tweak the provided EQ presets or use my own custom settings for my audio sources and having the ability to save several custom EQ presets would be really useful. Also please consider a preamp setting to raise or lower volume and/or overall EQ settings as a group. Still love the Hearthrough settings/feature and the way it is customizable and independent to each moment. The app really enhances my enjoyment of the Elite Active 65t earphones. Thanks and Keep up the good work!
  • App needs work

    By TDawg1969
The only issue I have with the app, not the set, but the app. It keeps disconnecting from the set. I have to uninstall and reinstall for it to work again. I keep my BT on at all times. I have a 7+,
  • Good...but needs improvements/ added features

    By Damionm
STILL waiting to hopefully see the following features added: 1. EQ Presets 2. Earbud locator (for when they get misplaced). You’ve had this feature in other models, not sure why you wouldn’t add them to such a high-end model as the 65t series. Another question I have is why can’t there be independent playback for just the LEFT ear bud? Is this a hardware or firmware limitation? If it is just firmware, it would be so awesome to be able to have independent functionality in the LEFT earbud as well!! Sometimes I can only use one earbud and with the current configuration you’re forced to only use the right/main ear bud, and I can already see where that will eventually cause issues in just my right ear.
  • Audio Drop

I used to think these were the best truly wireless headphones until 2 updates ago ago keeps dropping from music and movie apps. Thinking about selling and going back to the AirPods
  • Headphones are great

    By Derrickjo15
I currently have the Jabra Elite 65t and I’m conflicted to keep these or go back to the Jaybird Run. I love how updated this product is but it makes zero sense why the app doesn’t have a location finder to track the last known location for the headphones. I hope this will become a feature soon or I’ll have to return these for the Jaybird’s. Mind you this product was just released this year and Jaybird released their headphone September of last year. Update the app with a find my headphones please.

I love them! But this latest update added audio dropouts playing Netflix and music. Never experienced any audio issues until now. My co-worker updated his iPhone as well and same thing started happening. Help!!!!

Two updates since my first review! WoW! I love well supported technology! These two updates worked flawlessly and improved recognition of the Elites and simplified user experience ! The ambient sounds are cool! I’m VERY happy with my Jabra purchase and this app really shows Jabra is a leader in this technology !! Hooray for the development team!!!!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ When I first paired the Elites to my iPhone 6+, the app seem to loose functionality. After a bit of fiddling everything is working as advertised. I have found inserting the left ear pod first works best. The app will show if either pod is connected. Siri works as well as Siri can (Apple still needs work there). I don’t “bug” my hose with Alexa or Google, so even though support for those are coming, I’m sure some folk will be happy about that. Sound is pretty good for what the Elites are. The eq makes noticeable differences the hear through definitely works! However I’d actually like a music volume control within the app next to the adjustment for the hear through control, that’d be handy. There is a bit of latency between the pods I noticed during a call but not concerning, that’s a hardware issue. If you don’t have the pods inserted correctly your sound might be a little off balance, that’s a user learning curve. The most impressive part of this app is how slick the updating process is for the ear pods...very very easy and quick. Looking forward to being able to use either ear pod individually rather than being limited to just the right (that might be a hardware thing) I’ve been waiting a long time to upgrade to a dual wireless (I’ve been using the moto hint), and while the Elite 65t is a bit bulky compared to the moto hint, the Elite is definitely a great upgrade and this app is a welcome accessory adding enhancement to the Elite 65t! Gets a four star because there’s still a bit of feature tweaking to be done.
